The Team of Legal Affairs in Research and Transfer offers legal counselling and support in all questions related to research projects, especially in cases involving external partners and third-party funding.
Our services include drawing up contracts specific to each individual research project in close consultation with the researchers and contract negotiations with the research partners of FU Berlin throughout all stages.
Our aim is to lay down a lawful and transparent legal framework for research projects of FU Berlin tailored to the specific needs of each individual research project.
