IT Service Request Submission Now Easier Than Ever
New tool allows Freie Universität members to submit requests for new IT services online

Demand Management is a tool that any member of Freie Universität Berlin can use to submit requests for new IT services, or request that an existing IT service be expanded.

Employees have frequently expressed the desire for a simpler way to request new IT services, or to have the information on how to do so in one place.
These suggestions have now led to direct action as part of the FutureIT project. Our new tool, Demand Management, provides a central channel through which all members of Freie Universität Berlin can submit their requests for new IT services.
It also provides a place where employees can view other IT requests that have already been submitted, allowing them to support similar requests that reflect their own needs.
