Freie Universität Berlin offers a wide range of IT services for employees, researchers, students, alumni, guests, and project partners.

All of these services will be brought together on the new ITSM portal (“IT Service Management,” or “Service Portal” for short). The Service Portal, which will be launched in summer 2023, will be available at www.service.fu-berlin.de. All IT services will be conveniently displayed on this website, which will serve as the main point of contact for any university member looking to resolve an IT issue, whether they want to send a request or report a problem. It will also offer a substantial knowledge base with step-by-step instructions and practical guides.
