The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the setting of the labour market, which also affects the employability of students. University career services adapted quickly to new tools and new ways of reaching out to students and recruiters. What has worked, what challenges do we still face and how will these experiences impact the future career services landscape in higher education?

In the Career Service track, we want to discuss the challenges of a changing world of work and develop solutions together with other career service experts from around the world to best support students on their way into professional life.
