Erasmus funds for organizational support

Award procedure for funds for the organization of mobility ("Organizational Support", OS funds):

These funds are given to the central Erasmus team to support the organization of Erasmus mobility. It is also intended to enable the decentralized project leaders to carry out some supporting activities.
All OS expenditures must be related to the Erasmus program in terms of content and should contribute to increasing mobility (incoming and outgoing).

Financial support may be granted for the following activities:

  • Selection of students and staff to participate in mobility activities.
  • Language preparation (no individual support, only group courses).
  • Information activities.
  • Visits to partner institutions holding an Erasmus University Charter (EUC) to develop cooperation or discuss issues such as recognition and alignment of curricula.
  • Actions related to the development and use of ECTS.
  • Measures to create publicity for the Erasmus program.

Other uses are possible after consultation with the Erasmus team.

Application

Application for funds is possible on an ongoing basis. To apply, please submit the application form for OS funds and attach documents to the application form justifying your application (e.g. invitations, correspondence with your Erasmus+ partner universities, justification of application or similar).
The allocation of funds is generally done on a rolling basis depending on availability.

Initially, one OS trip per application will be approved; therefore, please indicate the respective priority in case of multiple OS trips applied for. OS trips should generally be carried out by one person; two or more persons can only be funded for the same trip in justified exceptional cases.
