Anyone wishing to take photographs or video footage [on or in the library premises]  must submit a request in writing, which must also be approved in writing. 

The written permission to make recordings must be proactively presented to library staff upon entering the library (i.e., without being asked) and, if prompted, upon request.

To request permission and arrange an appointment, please send an email at least one week prior to your desired date and include the following information: 

• Subject/content of the recording/photographs
• Employer
• Intended use
• Desired date 
• Approximate time required for recording
• Type of recording equipment 
• Number of people assisting with the recording
