Campus Management functions and self-services
You are studying at Freie Universität Berlin and want to organize your studies as smoothly as possible, in addition to being flexible and location-independent. There are a number of self-service functions online for this purpose.
For all students, enrollment, re-registration, leave of absence, de-registration, change of address, etc. are supported via self-services of the student administration.
Requirements for the use of all web services:
- After successful enrollment, your application account will automatically be converted into a student account. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. For more information on the FU account, please visit the ZEDAT website (German).
- Access to the relevant web applications with a current web browser, see list of supported web browsers.

As far as possible, exchange students (Erasmus, direct exchange) also register online for all courses via Campus Management during their stay.

Time table/ schedule
- Viewing the weekly schedule in the weekly overview (binding dates and time via course catalog)

Grades an credit points summary
- View of the recorded assessments of participations and examinations per module
- Viewing the credit points account (only completed modules count)
- Printing of module certificates
Certificates (examination administration)
- Printing of registration certificates, examination certificates and withdrawal certificates
Conducting repeat examinations
If repeat examinations (§ 20, para. 4 RSPO) are required in modules whose successful completion is a prerequisite for other modules, you will be given the opportunity to complete a necessary first repeat attempt in good time before the start of the following semester. Accordingly, the result of the first repeat attempt must be available in time so that registration for the following module is still possible. Please discuss dates for repeat examinations with your department.

Support in case of problems by the examination office or study office of the core subject:
Within the registration period, you have the opportunity to make any changes you wish yourself. At the end of the registration period, your registrations become binding. After that, changes can only be made by your responsible examination office (the examination office of your core subject) or study office. For opening hours, please refer to the corresponding information provided by the department.
The university's central Internet PC pool:
You do not have your own access to the Internet? That's no problem. Simply use the university's central Internet PC pool with 180 PC workstations free of charge - Mac users are also catered for here. You can find the opening hours and further information here: http://www.zedat.fu-berlin.de/PC_Pools/Home
By the way: PC pools are also available in the departments and other central facilities.
