Externally funded projects often request a more detailed reason for the business trip that goes beyond specific keywords (e.g., “conference”), or for this to be otherwise documented in some way. Does the portal allow for this?

Additional relevant information can be added to your request using the “Comments” field.

If the aim is to include larger, third-party funded collaborative projects in the test phase, the Clusters of Excellence might be a good place to start. We have some specific user cases/questions that we would like to see integrated into the portal.

When selecting the individual areas to support us in our trial runs, we made sure to involve Clusters of Excellence and collaborative projects. During the rollout of the project, however, we will be in touch with each area individually to discuss specific workflows.
