Ye Sle Cha would be conducting research at the mathematics department on the subject "Geometric Problems Related to Mass in General Relativity". She is particularly interested in the geometric inequalities for black holes arising from the current standard model of gravitational collapse, which are called the Penrose inequalities. Moreover, geometric conjectures regarding the issue of how to localize the mass in general relativity will be also studied.
