Hannah Vögele is political theorist, also trained in gender studies with interdisciplinary specialisations in history, law and social anthropology. She is currently a Postgraduate Researcher at the Center for Applied Philosophy, Politics and Ethics at the University of Brighton, UK. Her current research focuses on modern relations of property and propriety, (Germany’s) colonial continuities, and feminisms’ ambiguous histories. Hannah has an MPhil in Political Theory from the University of Oxford and has taught politics and gender studies courses over the last few years. Amongst others, she is also an editor of Interfere: Journal for Critical Thought and Radical Politics, is part of the theory collective SALT, and works on abolitionist thought and praxis in Berlin.
