The Circus Living offers private apartments with an en-suite bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette. Residents have access to high-speed internet, a rooftop terrace, an in-house café and several communal areas. The private apartments are cleaned every two weeks. This housing option is subject to availability and is not owned by Freie Universität Berlin.

The Circus Living is located in the heart of the city, close to a major hub for public transportation and the housing option 'The Social Hub'. The commute to campus takes approximately 55 minutes by public transportation. This is not unusual, as German (and more broadly, European) universities tend to be commuter-student institutions.
