Student Marketing at Freie Universität Berlin

We are responsible for strategic communication and shaping Freie Universität Berlin’s relationship with its (future) students. 

When communicating with prospective students, our focus is on elevating the university’s international profile and increasing the visibility of all that Freie Universität has to offer. In doing so, we base our own communicative activities on the (media) usage behavior of our target group and adapt our approach to their needs. We also develop resources for those beginning their studies at Freie Universität Berlin. Here, the aim is to make the transition to student life as smooth as possible. 

As part of the Office of Communication and Marketing, we also play an active role in helping to shape the university’s overall communication strategy across a broad range of topics.

We specialize in the following digital marketing services:

  • Formats for social media content 
  • (Digital) campaign planning for events and providing information

Internal services for departments and institutes at Freie Universität 

Consultations and advice:

We also provide consultations for all departments and institutes at Freie Universität with advice on any communication and marketing measures aimed at students and prospective students. This includes support in planning publicity campaigns and providing information on other relevant points of contact.
