Please be sure to collect needles in puncture-resistant containers made of solid plastic material. Special collection containers can be found in laboratory supply catalogs to facilitate stripping the cannula from the syringe. To minimize the risk of injury, it is also no longer necessary to replace the protective cap.

Cannulas with hazardous substances adhering to them must be sent for special disposal. For more details, see Laboratory Operating Materials.

CAUTION: If the needles are free of hazardous substances, the puncture-resistant collection containers can also be disposed of in the residual waste.

Kanülen bitte unbedingt in durchstichfesten Behältnissen aus festem Kunststoffmaterial sammeln. In den Katalogen für Laborbedarf findet man spezielle Sammelbehälter, die das Abstreifen der Kanüle von der Spritze erleichtern. Um das Risiko einer Verletzung zu minimieren, ist es auch nicht mehr nötig, die Schutzkappe wieder aufzustecken.

ACHTUNG: Sollten die Kanülen frei von gefährlichen Stoffen sein, können die durchstichfesten Sammelbehälter auch in den Restabfall gegeben werden.
