Our una europa partner KU Leuven presents the new interdisciplinary online Winter University Global Challenges for Our Sustainable Future: A Social Sciences and Humanities Approach.

The first edition of this Winter University will take place from Monday 23 January until Friday 3 February 2023 and targets graduate (Master’s) students with an interest in sustainability. Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) students in their final year are also welcome to apply. Students from partner institutions (like FUB) will be able to participate at a reduced tuition fee.

Participants will work in multinational, multidisciplinary teams to identify, elaborate on and formulate a possible strategy to deal with global challenges for a sustainable future. Experts from the KU Leuven faculties of Arts, Economics & Business, Social Sciences and Theology & Religious Studies will introduce and illustrate the broad theme of sustainability from the Humanities point of view using several cases.
