Current start-up projects

Profund Innovation manages between 20 and 30 start-up projects in parallel in various phases.

Below you will find selected startups that are currently in the incubation phase and in most cases are (financially) supported by a Berlin Startup Scholarship or the EXIST program.

decioo

decioo is a digital decision-making workflow assistant that can be used by leaders from product managers to CEOs. The collaborative SaaS solution offers a guided and structured decision-making process for tactical and strategic decisions in companies.

DistricTee

DistricTee has set itself the goal of printing the art of local artists from the various Berlin districts on T-shirts. The reference to the district should always be recognizable in the artwork. We want every Berliner to have a DistricTee that matches their district.

KISO Health

KISO Health is a mental health startup supporting people with schizophrenia. The innovative smartphone app is based on therapeutic interventions and helps affected people gain control and improve the quality of their life.

Lehrcraft

LehrCraft provides a platform that connects elementary schools and students in order to minimize teaching absences. Schools report their needs and students placed by LehrCraft step in. This is how we combat the education and childcare shortage in Germany.

Marille

Team “Marille” is founding a model school for a future-oriented education. The school offers an individualised concept of self-determined learning as well as support structures. Students learn to actively participate in the world and shape it sustainably.

Mimaps

The mimaps web portal will integrate all mental health services nationwide. Support services such as clinics, self-help groups and counseling centers will be more visible online, and people seeking advice will find suitable care more quickly

NoVirall

The "Novirall" project aims to found a polymer technology company that develops and manufactures virucidal coatings for air filters- that is, destroying viruses and making them non-infectious.

Reliabi’s smart SaaS solution minimises the annual revenue loss caused by no-shows in outpatient clinics and helps to make 150 million doctors’ appointments available again in the German healthcare system - with ever fewer doctors and more patients, this is urgently needed.

ResearchVLOG is an interactive platform for sharing academic knowledge and expertise in short video format to make science interesting and understandable for everyone

True Detection System - TDS

True Detection System (TDS) develops an easy-to-use and low weight handheld device for mobile use that can detect the smallest traces of explosives reliably and without major cross-sensitivities supported by the artificial intelligence (AI). A cleaning of the handheld device after measurements of heavily contaminated samples is not necessary. For the European region there exists no comparable devices yet.

vorget prepares data automatically. vorget ensures that companies can create new value from data scattered over different systems and formats.

WOMAN EXIST - Avaly

Avaly is on a mission to raise acceptance for the energy transition by developing an ‘Acceptance Navigator’ for project planners of renewable energy projects. Avaly uses scientific and data-based modelling to identify the most likely causes of opposition and recommend suitable measures to address those causes.
