The goal is for participants to reach previously identified milestones, complete their prototypes, show significant advances in skills and expertise, and reach a point at which they are ready to start the business (within the near future) and/or to seek subsequent financing, all within the funding period.
The achievement of goals is documented at the end of the grant term by means of a ten-page business concept. Clear advances in skills and expertise must be apparent between the evaluation of the quality of the startup concept performed at the start of the term of the grant and the drafting of the business concept.
