You already have an innovative idea and are interested in founding your own business? Then this event is perfect for you!

With the Berliner Startup Stipendium, Freie Universität Berlin supports entrepreneurs from academia who want to implement innovative and/or technology-based business ideas in a team. The program is aimed at teams that want to develop a solution to the global challenges of our time, especially in the context of "Sustainable City" and "Health". Possible topics are mobility, energy, digitalization, sustainability, circular economy, e-learning, (mental) health, etc.

Two to four scholarships of 2,000 euros per month for a period of six months are available for each start-up team. The program is funded by the Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises as well as the European Social Fund.

The next application deadline for BSS Sustainable City is April 3rd, 2022. The application can be submitted in German or English.
