Information and feedback session on how to be successful with your startup idea.

We provide additional information on the funding programs Exist-Gründerstipendium, Berliner Startup-Stipendium and Bridge to Market.

The right start of a start-up is, among other things, connected with the question of possible funding. In order to create a successful start and to work intensively on the project idea, there is also the possibility to apply for a scholarship.

The aim of the event is to give all interested students shortly before graduation, academic staff and alumni an overview of suitable funding programs and to check eligibility for funding.

The event will take place on site at Startup Villa, Profund Innovation, Altensteinstraße 40, 14195 Berlin and online.

The startup programs will be presented:

1) Berlin Startup Scholarship: funding is available for founders who want to work in a team (2-4 team members) on innovative and/or technology-based busines

2) EXIST-Gründerstipendium: Funding is available for students, graduates and scientists from universities and non-university research institutions who wish to implement their start-up idea. They should be innovative technology-oriented or knowledge-based start-up projects with good economic prospects of success. Individual and team start-ups are funded for 12 months with up to 3,000 EUR/month and person. In addition, there are 30,000 EUR in material costs and 5,000 EUR in coaching budget.

3) Bridge to Market Program: With the Bridge to Market Program, which was created for start-up ideas in the context of artificial intelligence (AI), Freie Universität Berlin supports scientists in validating research results in the field of AI with a view to founding a company. The program is aimed at ideas at an early stage. Applications are open throughout the year.

4) EXIST Women: For female graduates, post docs, PhD who are interested to work on their founding idea. Get a grant for 3 months and support for 12 months with workshops, network and coaching.
