Tashi has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in "International Material Flow Management". She was responsible for monitoring and evaluation in international development cooperation for about 4 years. She is working for Profund Innovation on the BMBF project "GreenCHEM" as a research assistant for transfer development and is in parallel working on a PhD at the Freie Universität Berlin.
