Christoff Kotzé is a masters student at Freie Universität Berlin in Environmental Policy and Planning.

He conducted a Student Research and Study Stay with the topic "Shifting Renewable Energy Targets" at Hebrew University in Jerusalem for 6 month from May to November 2016.
