Frank Wolkers and Diane Hessler Bittl conducted a Administrators Stay at University of British Columbia in September 2016. The objective of the stay was to exchange experiences with UBC to find out possibilities to incorporate the sustainability in the complexity planning process for Universities Research Laboratories Buildings.

Frank Wolkers represents the Technical Division for Engineering and Utilities at Freie Universität Berlin, he is in charge of retrofit and development projects for chemical and lab buildings at FU. His function is to coordinate and supervise the building processes from conception to their handing over to the users.
