Dr. Jonas Berking, Junior Research Group Leader at Institute of Geographical Sciences conducted a Senior Research Stay with the topic of "Sustainable and long-living landscapes" at University of British Columbia from May to June 2017.

His main research focus is on water management with the research interests of strategies of water supply systems, their efficiency and reliability.
