ZDS Excursion to Bonn
The excursion members in Bonn on the Rhine, joined by the ZDS PhD student HE Teng who currently works on his dissertation at Universität Bonn.

From June 27 until June 30, the already traditional ZDS excursion to Bonn brought the ZDS Master students from Berlin to the Rhine. Enjoying the beautiful summer wheather, they explored the former federal capital, visited the DAAD and discussed during the so-called "Networking Day" with students from the universities of Bonn and Cologne about successful networking in Germany and China. Together the students visited Germany's international broadcaster Deutsche Welle, too. Part of the excursion program were also a trip to the historical wine town Bacharach including a river cruise along the famous Loreley rock, a walkabout on the "Path of Democracy" in Bonn and a visit to Beethoven's birth place. Not to be forgotten the kick-off in Cologne, where the cathedral and the Kunsthaus KAT18 conveyed different aspects of artistic design.
