Students of Freie Universität Berlin who participate in an exchange program of the FU (direct exchange, Erasmus+ study program, Erasmus+ internship, departmental exchange) can apply for the issuance of an English-language transcript of records/performance overview at the examination office.

If you are participating in an exchange program of Freie Universität Berlin and need an English-language Transcript of Records/Performance Record for the registration at the host university or for the visa application, you can apply for this at the examination office responsible for your study program (in case of several study programs, the examination office of the core subject). To do this, please write an application by email to the examination office of the core subject and also submit the nomination/approval of the exchange program (e.g. acceptance email from the program coordinator).

The Transcript of Records will be sent to you by the Examination Office once it has been prepared. This may take a few weeks. Please take this into account when planning your schedule.

The Examination Office of the Department of History and Cultural Studies currently doesn't issue English-language Transcripts of Records, probably until the end of the year 2023.
