For stays <6 months, EU citizens do not require a visa and therefore do not need to submit a language certificate intended for the visa process. At Royal Holloway, the FU language certificate from the Language Center is accepted in this case.
For annual spots, you will need to apply for a visa, for which you will need to provide proof of English language proficiency from specific providers. See the following link for information about British government requirements for language certificates for visas.
GPA: Royal Holloway requires a higher grade point average than other partner universities, ≥2,3. Applications with lower greade may by considered if they have good personal statements and good grades in key modules.
