Student Records and Registration Office's Self-Services – the most frequently asked questions and answers

The Student Records and Registration Office's Self-Services portal is an online platform where students can complete various administrative services of the Student Administration from the comfort of their own home.

Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about the use and functions of the portal.

Orientation

You can access the Student Records and Registration Office Self-Service portal via your Zedat portal. Go to the “Dienste” tab and click on the link “Self-Services der Studierendenverwaltung".

You can switch the interface of the Self-Services to English. To do so, please click on your name in the upper right hand corner and choose "English" in the dropdown menu.

Technical problems or errors

You can often resolve errors by deactivating your pop-up blocker, emptying the cache, permitting cookies, or restarting your browser.

The Self-Service portal works in all browsers, though it seems to work best in Google Chrome.
