Getting ready for your new position at FUB

Are you joining FUB from abroad as a new staff member and are currently in the process of planning your move to Berlin? Are you confused by all the paperwork and bureaucratic steps you have to take before and after your arrival?

Join FUB’s Welcome Service for an info session on September 19th from 2pm – 3.30pm (CEST) on how to prepare for your new position. We’ll cover topics such as visa and residence permit, taking out health insurance, registering your address, opening a bank account, finding somewhere to live and getting settled in Berlin.

The info session will be held in English and is aimed at new staff members who are joining FUB with an employment contract. Please register by sending an email to start@personal.fu-berlin.de.
