anbei wollen wir Ihnen/Euch anhand von häufig gestellten Fragen die Möglichkeit einer schriftlichen Stimmabgabe (Briefwahl) gemäß § 15a WOPersVG erläutern:

 1.      Kann ich frei entscheiden, ob ich Briefwahl mache oder in ein Wahllokal gehe?

 Wer zum Zeitpunkt der Stimmabgabe verhindert ist, in ein Wahllokal zu gehen, kann Briefwahl beantragen. Eine Verhinderung liegt typischerweise bei Urlaub, Erkrankung, Dienstreise oder z.B. Elternzeit vor.

2.      Wo erhalte ich die Briefwahlunterlagen?

Für die Beantragung der Briefwahl reicht eine Email an wavopr@zwv.fu-berlin.de aus. Der Wahlvorstand schickt dann die benötigten Unterlagen zu. Sobald die Briefwahlunterlagen zur Verfügung stehen, können diese auch persönlich beim Wahlvorstand abgeholt werden.

3.      Wann kann ich die Briefwahl beantragen?

Letzter Tag für die Antragstellung ist der Tag vor Beginn der Stimmabgabe in den Wahllokalen, Montag, der 22. April 2024 (12:00 Uhr).

Die Briefwahlunterlagen können bereits angefordert werden!

 4.      Wann muss ich die Unterlagen spätestens zurückgeschickt haben?

Die Briefwahlunterlagen sollten bis spätestens am 6. Mai 2024 zum postalischen Versand gebracht werden, damit die Unterlagen rechtzeitig zur Auszählung kommen.

Es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit, die Briefwahlunterlagen an jedem Wahllokal abzugeben.

Das letzte Wahllokal vor der Auszählung ist am 10. Mai 2024, in der Goßlerstaße 2-4.

5.      Welche Unterlagen bekomme ich zugeschickt?

 In dem Wahlpaket sind

a) die Wahlvorschläge, also die Listen mit den Kandidat*innen,

b) ein Stimmzettel,

c) ein Stimmzettelumschlag,

d) der Vordruck einer persönlichen Erklärung

e) ein frankierter großer Rückumschlag

6.      Wie wähle ich nun richtig?

a) Bitte den Stimmzettel und die persönliche Erklärung ausfüllen.

b) Danach bitte den Stimmzettel in den Stimmzettelumschlag stecken und verschließen.

c) Nun noch den Stimmzettelumschlag zusammen mit der persönlichen Erklärung in den frankierten Rückumschlag stecken und

d) alles rechtzeitig zur Post geben (Postlauf von rund 3 Tagen beachten!) oder direkt beim Wahlvorstand abgeben.

 7.      An wen schicke ich die Briefwahlunterlagen zurück?

Auf dem Freiumschlag ist als Adresse der Wahlvorstand aufgedruckt. Bitte auf der Rückseite als Absender den Namen und die Anschrift des Wahlberechtigten aufschreiben.

Postal vote for the Dahlem staff council 2024

 

Dear Colleagues,

 Below we would like to explain to you the possibility of voting in writing (postal vote) in accordance with Section 15a WOPersVG using frequently asked questions:

 1.      Can I freely decide whether I vote by post or go to a polling station?

 Anyone who is unable to go to a polling station at the time of voting can apply for a postal vote. A hindrance typically occurs in the event of vacation, illness, business trip or, for example, parental leave.

 2.      Where do I get the postal voting documents?

 To request a postal vote, simply send an email to wavopr@zwv.fu-berlin.de The electoral board will then send the required documents. The voting documents can also be picked up in person from the electoral board.

 3.      When can I apply for a postal vote?

 The last day to submit an application is the day before voting begins at the polling stations, currently Monday, April 22, 2024 (12:00 p.m.).

The postal voting documents can already be requested!

4.      When do I have to return the documents at the latest?

 The postal voting documents should be sent by post by May 6, 2024 at the latest so that the documents are counted in time.
However, it is also possible to hand in the postal voting documents at any polling station.
The last polling station before counting is on May 10, 2024, at Goßlerstrasse 2-4.

5.      What documents will I be sent?

 In the election package are

a) the election proposals, i.e. the lists of candidates,

b) a ballot paper,

c) a ballot envelope,

d) the form of a personal declaration

e) a stamped large envelope

6.      How do I vote correctly?

a) Please fill out the ballot paper and the personal declaration.

b) Then please put the ballot paper in the ballot envelope and close it.

c) Now put the ballot envelope together with the personal declaration in the stamped return envelope and

d) send everything to the post office in a timely manner (note that the postal service takes around 3 days!) or hand it in directly to the electoral board.

7.      To whom do I return the postal voting documents?

The address of the electoral board is printed on the postage-paid envelope. Please write name and address of the person entitled to vote on the back as sender.
