The Planetary Sciences and Remote Sensing research group participates in experiments on ESA and NASA space missions. We are involved in the Multispectral Imager camera experiment of the NASA Psyche mission as part of the Topography Working Group. We are looking for student support for the necessary preparatory activities.

Job description:
Literature research
Data preparation in GIS
Image data processing
Desirable:
Experience in handling geodata and satellite data
Experience in the use of geographic information systems (GIS)
Knowledge in the field of planetology
Very good knowledge of the English language (written and oral)
Knowledge of Python and Linux is an advantage
Experience in planetary cartography is an advantage
