Content & learning objectives

The aim of the seminar is to introduce you to address selected topics in the field of empirical public economics and social policy with household-survey data. Our database will be the Socio-Economic Panel (SOEP).

Meetings: Thursday, 12-2 pm

Eligibility: Master Economics & Master Public Economics

Old study regulation: Aktuelle Forschungsfragen der empirischen Finanzwissenschaft und Wirtschaftspolitik

New study regulation: Topics in Empirical Economics OR Topics in Applied Empirical Economics*

*You are only allowed to book the course once.

Entry requirements & prior knowledge: Knowledge about micro panel-data analyses is an advantage

Registration Deadline: Oct. 20th

Exam: Seminar thesis, Deadline: March 15th
