Inhalt:
Es wird eine Einführung in moderne Methoden zur Analyse großer biologisch verwandter Datensätze (R, Python, Linux, Machine Lerning) sowie in Grundlagen der Informatik und Computerorganisation geben.
Qualifikationsziele: Ziel dieses Moduls ist es, den Studierenden Kenntnisse über grundlegende Konzepte und praktische Anwendungen der Datenanalyse in der Biologie zu vermitteln. Grundkenntnisse in statistischen und rechnerischen Fähigkeiten sollen erlernt werden. Die analytischen und EDV-Kenntnisse können die angewandten Fähigkeiten der Teilnehmer für die Anwendung auf viele Themenbereiche stärken.
Contents: The seminar part will introduce the participants to modern methods of analyzing large biological data sets (R, Python, Linux, machine learning) as well as to fundamentals of computer science.
Goal: At the end of the module, students will be familiar with several basic concepts and practical applications of data analysis in biology. The analytical and computational skills gained can be of value in a wide range of disciplines and thereby strengthen the applied skills of the participants. close
