SoSe 23: The Cold War and the US Presence in Berlin: Student Projects in Public History

Maximilian Klose, Sönke Kunkel

Comments

This course introduces students to the study and practice of public history. Together we will survey, explore, and analyze local Berlin memory sites that speak to the history of the U.S. presence in Cold War Berlin. Students will also develop hands-on projects that reflect on or develop models of how the history of the U.S. presence could be presented to a broader public in various media formats. close
