The aim of this project seminar is to familiarize students with interview research in Chinese studies. To achieve this, students will initially familiarise themselves with interview research in general and in the context of China in particular. After that, we will delve into specific social science research topics on contemporary China. Based on this, we will collaboratively create interview guides as well as conduct, transcribe and analyse interviews. The course will end with a workshop where students present their research results. close
