The BA colloquium offers support to students who are preparing for their BA thesis or are already writing it. Over the course of the semester, the various phases of a BA thesis are reflected upon (finding a topic, research methods, posing questions, organizing the work process, outlining and structuring academic texts, annotations and footnotes, final editing) and fundamental aspects of academic work are discussed. The current questions and problems of the participants are given a lot of space. Although this colloquium is primarily aimed at students of early modern history, participants from other periods are very welcome. close
