The aim of the TD-Lab - Laboratory for Transdisciplinary Research of the Berlin University Alliance is to strengthen participatory and transdisciplinary research in the Alliance, to support professionalization and to open up opportunities to make research more effective for society. The TD-Lab Funding Program supports excellent participatory or transdisciplinary work packages that contribute to the following goals:

• Method-based knowledge exchange: strengthen method-oriented knowledge exchange and joint learning between science and practice
• Interest in knowledge: generating new impulses for a transformation-oriented gain in knowledge in order to increase the social benefits of research
• Project development: Initiating or deepening networks between science and practice in order to initiate joint participatory and/or transdisciplinary research projects

Two online information events will be held in English until the end of the call period.

The following status groups of the four partner institutions of the Berlin University Alliance are eligible to apply: professors, academic staff, postdocs and doctoral candidates.
