Academic staff can also take advantage of a training stay, e.g. by participating in language courses or Staff Training Weeks, which are aimed at teachers.

An individually agreed training course at an institute of the partner institution may also be eligible for funding if the content is in line with the funding requirements.

Research stays and conference participation are expressly not eligible for funding under the EU guidelines.
