Calculation of the funding amounts for Erasmus+ teaching stays (STA) and training stays (STT)

As a general rule, parallel funding of similar costs by other EU programs is excluded.

The total funding is made up of unit costs for the trip and the stay. Possible surpluses remain with the grantee and may be taxable.

University employees receive a mobility grant of 180 euros per day for mobility days 1 to 14 and 126 euros for mobility days from day 15.

The calculated distance corresponds to the one-way distance. The amount calculated from the table with this distance refers to the entire trip (outward and return).
