Sustainability & Teaching

In episode ten of our Una Europa Podcast, three experts from the University of Helsinki talk about the topics of sustainability and climate change, and how they are part of university curricula. In order to learn more about how these topics are integrated in joint degree programs, micro-credentials and lifelong learning programs, our experts will discuss these questions:
How can students and teachers play an active role in shaping these issues? Where are bridges from the university to society and also to climate activism necessary? And what does it mean to think of the university "horizontally" in this context? Listen to Stinne Vognæs who talks to Laura Riuttanen, Wilhelm Blomberg, and Jaakko Kurhila to learn more about their ideas.
