In light of growing anti-migrant discourses and policymaking, members of Transforming Solidarities chose to speak up against the scandalization of migration and asylum with a declaration affirming migration societies titled Berlin Declaration – In Defense of the Migration Society. The declaration was initiated within the framework of the conference Solidarity in the Migration Society.

AiS supports this declaration and calls members and friends of the AiS network to speak out for a respectful togetherness within and for migration societies.
