DaMigra has announced the second round of the TENT-Initiative "Refugee Women Mentorship Program". The program supports displaced women with one-on-one guidance and support from professionals at large companies participating in the program. The mentoring partnerships last over a period of four to six months and supports women in developing career goals, strengthening their CVs and expanding their professional network.
