If you have checked the application requirements and determined that you are eligible, then we recommend that you start to assemble your application materials early. We will only be able to take into consideration the information you provide in the online application if it is backed by the required documentation.

Please read this section carefully and use this checklist provided to make sure you have all of your application materials.

The following general guidelines apply:

• Please submit all documents via our online application system as PDFs. The specific documents should be uploaded to the appropriate fields in the application system. Individual files should not exceed 3 MB. Please do not send us documents by e-mail or postal mail.
• If you have documents that are in a language other than German or English, please include official certified translations of the documents in German or English.
• Please do not submit any extra documents that we have not specifically requested, such as résumés, recommendation letters, photos of documents, or letters of motivation.
• Please note that you do not have to submit academic references/evaluation letters from any of your teachers
