User Experience Research

How do you experience the Philological Library? In the winter semester 2021/22, we addressed this question with various methods of user experiende research.
The "UXFoyer" has a simple concept: On site in the library foyer, we come into contact with you directly.
Short interviews, a photo study, a diary study, a feedback wall, and a letter writing week have all helped us greatly to better assess what is currently important to you when you visit the Philogogical Library. Thank you to all participants for your view!
The winter semester of 2021/22 continued to be dominated by Covid-19 measures - so we are already looking forward to continue to use methods from user experience research to further explore your needs in the library in the future.
