The Erasmus+ program of the European Commission gives you an opportunity to engage in training at a partner university or a company. Administrative employees can strengthen their own skills and build and expand networks through professional exchange and dialogue.

Various formats are possible, including observation, job shadowing, study visits, workshops, and seminars (not conferences), along with language and continuing education classes.
