Justyna is Rectors Proxy for Quality of Education at the Uniwersytet Jagielloński in Kraków. She is currently working in the field of quality management, strategic management and academic career path in HEI. At JU, Justyna is developing a model of quality management system that will be applicable to other universities. She is an active participant of multiple international projects. Justyna took up her role in the Future UniLab because she would like to enter the dialogue between academic policy-makers in order to influence the shape of the future university and to create it. To Justyna, the cooperation with students is a never-ending source of inspiration.
